John Petrozzi
John Petrozzi is the principle of Petrozzi Health. John
graduated from Macquarie University in 1996 with a Bachelor
of Science degree and later with a Master of Chiropractic
in 1998. He has gained further qualifications in Sports
Chiropractic and attained an International Chiropractic
Sports Science Diploma from F.I.C.S Education Division.
After graduating John spent a year away in the UK gaining
experience as a locum to practices across England as
well as holding a position as team chiropractor to the
first division English Soccer team Grimsby Town F.C.
On returning from abroad John set up his practice in
Leichhardt Sydney which has continued to grow from its
conception in 2000.
His view of health and wellness has brought together
a team of practitioners and services that serve to make
wellness and health achievable and sustainable for everyone.
John has been committed to educating school children
about good spinal care and hygiene by visiting local
schools each year. This preventative approach to spinal
care will help many growing children learn more about
their spine and health leading to a stronger community
for years to come.
John is also involved in the Chiropractors Association
of Australia’s Sports Council as NSW representative
co-ordinating teams of chiropractors who take part in
Medical Teams at large sporting events. His services
are also used by the children’s entertainment group ‘The
Wiggles’ and other people with high public profiles.
Jennifer Edge
Jennifer graduated from the University of Technology,
Sydney with a BA in Human Movement Studies and went on
to complete a Masters of Physiotherapy at the University
of Sydney. Jennifer has worked in the fitness industry
for over five years as a gym instructor and fitness trainer.
Jennifer has also worked with talented and elite athletes
from a variety of sports at the sports science laboratory
at the Sydney Academy of Sport. As an enthusiastic athlete
herself, Jennifer has a particular interest in working
with athletes from many sports especially rowing.
Alison Brown
Alison graduated with a Bachelor
of Applied Science (Psychology) and a Post-Graduate Diploma
in Psychology at the University of Western Sydney. Alison
is a Registered NSW Fitness Leader and has been teaching
Pilates for several years. With a competitive gymnastics,
dancing and aerobic background Alison was instantly drawn
to Pilates. She finds it very rewarding to see her students
posture, stability, strength, flexibility and inturn
self-esteem and confidence improve as a result of their
commitment to Pilates and to improving themselves.
Dave Lancaster
David is the founder of Active Coaching a specialist
coaching / mentoring company focused on helping people
break through the barriers to success in business and
life.
His two great claims in business are that he is wise
enough to surround himself with experts and is personally
commitment to life-long learning and self-development.
With his wife of 22 years, he is raising three beautiful
daughters plus three active sons, which is where the
life-long learning comes in.
Over 25 years experience in non-clinical counseling
roles has sharpened his ability to identify motives and
strengthen the drive to achieve.
David has first-hand experience in both the successes
and harsh realities of life. He uses a solutions-focused
approach with clients to identify a way to reach goals
and avoid problems regardless of their circumstances.
